Who is responsible

What we collect

• Waitlist: the email address you enter, a source label (“landing”), and a timestamp. The waitlist form also has an optional, unticked checkbox for email updates and marketing about Assay; we store whether you ticked it and, if you did, when.
• Contact form: your email, your message, an optional name, and a timestamp.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure basic traffic and engagement, such as which pages are viewed and how pages perform. It is the only analytics service used. Its script is loaded from Cloudflare when you view a page, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and standard browser request details as part of that request.

What we don't use

No accounts, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no session-replay or other analytics scripts. This site's own code sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. Fonts and styles are served from this site's own domain; apart from Cloudflare's analytics script, viewing a page does not load anything from third-party fonts, CDNs or trackers.

How we use it

Waitlist emails are kept to tell you about the beta. If you tick the marketing checkbox, we may also email you updates and marketing about Assay; if you don't, we won't use your waitlist email for marketing. Joining the waitlist does not require ticking it. We do not currently send marketing email, and we will update this policy before we start. To withdraw your marketing choice, use the contact form from the same email address. Contact messages are kept to read and respond to them. We don't sell this data.

Where it's stored and who processes it

• Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. When you submit a form, your browser sends the data directly to Supabase, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Nothing is sent to Supabase until you submit a form.
• The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes ordinary request data (such as IP address) as part of hosting.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, processes the analytics data described above.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist and contact-form data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or until you request its deletion. To request access or deletion, use the contact form from the same email address.
